This Hyatt is always our go to when going to Jacksonville for the River Run. The staff is always wonderful. The rooms are clean and stylish. The rooms on the riverside have sliding glass doors that open to a wonderful view.
Excellent hotel along the St. John's River with superb service. The staff were very customer oriented. Special thanks to Anna at the reception desk for ensuring that we got a room with the river view.
This hotel hosted our daughter's wedding reception, and everything was well organized. The reception (cocktail hour followed by sit down dinner) was perfect!
