I attended a party at the Hyatt and was told that there would be valet parking available. In reality, upon arrival we were routed into their parking garage to self park and we parked on the 4th level. At 10:15 pm we left the party so that I could pick up my child no later than 11 pm. The childcare provider asked that we not be late and there would be a per minute charge beginning at 11:05. ...

I took some out of town guests that wanted to see something different, in this case - a view of Houston's downtown from above.
First visit this time turned to be a miss - the restaurants' website showed it as open on that day but they had decided to close it, due to it being January 2nd that day. We came back again a few days later and this time it was open.
