Book last minute, and so glad I did. The location was perfect for walking back and forth to the Dallas Convention Center for volleyball tournament. We're local-ish from the northen 'burbs and opted to avoid daily commuting and parking hassles for tournament.

Very nice rooms, nice dining option in house, and great service. Parking down the hill from the hotel and needing room key is a little bit of a hassle and the train tracks right next door are definitely audible through the night.
