We were there on our wedding night and everything was wonderful! The staff is very friendly and welcoming as well. The plush king-size bed is to die for, but the bathroom was teeny tiny. It's not very quiet since there are restaurants and bars in the hotel... more for fun, less for relaxation. Expect $100+ for a room as well.

LOVE the Citrus Lavender soap, which they also sell. The rooms are very modern and up to date. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. But you have to pay to park there. How rude! The elevators were slow as molassis and when we tried to take the steps we couldn't find any that had guest floor access below the 12th floor. UGH. Good thing there wasn't a fire! There were kids everywhere when we stayed at the Regency. We did not get the room type that we asked for the service was OK. They made us stay at the other Hyatt down the street which was absolutely beautiful for the first night of our stay. The other Hyatt (Capitol Square) the service was GREAT they made us feel at home.
