This is a nice enough Hyatt, but there are better deals in the area to be had without sacrificing amenities. I found the front desk staff to be rude and slow. Definitely not worth the price.

This was a great hotel...the rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was decent. I recommend staying here if you're planning on visiting Cincinnati!

We were in town for a wedding, and the bride booked a group of rooms at the Hyatt. Pros: comfy beds, extremely friendly and helpful staff, great location - close to all downtown attractions, champs bar is comfy and the prices reasonable. Cons: breakfast buffet was mediocre and overpriced (though plentiful), housekeeping staff was EXTREMELY loud when talking to one... more
