Beautiful hotel, yet I still don't understand why my room door was open when I got to it, they asked me for a cc to put on file for "incidentals" I asked if breakfast was included they said yes then offered to valet my car. My fault for not asking how much valet was but not until I'm sitting at breakfast do I receive a $60 check for the buffet, and when I requested to speak to the manager she...

I needed a room and jumped on Expedia. Found this Hyatt for a great price and was checked in and headed to my room in a matter of minutes. The rest of the stay was great, including the buffet breakfast in the morning. Only a $25 valet charge (not bad in a big city) and the service was incredibly fast and friendly. No wait at the front desk, restaurant, or valet stand.

I always stay at the Hyatt in new York city an love it, so I definitely had to stay at the same one in Buffalo and again amazing. The room was a little cold but it was fixed immediately. The staff were great and helpful directing me around the city.
