Everything was simply exceptional. From the high floor room to the lobby to the customer service. Breakfast was phenomenal too. Also, I really like Hyatt's Gold Passport points program more than any other chain's programs.

Stayed 2 nights with children and we were very happy with the accommodations provided. Good breakfast included, nice pool and Jacuzzi and friendly staff. Conveniently located and I will stay again in the future.

Another great stay at Hyatt Place. Close to lots of food places. Walmart & Sams close. Several place in walking distance. Firewheel center close. Nice breakfast. Nice staff. Room very nice. Good beds. Small bathroom. Overall great stay again. Look for Deals.

My first time at a Hyatt Place was great. I'l book them again. Was at the property in Garland, TX for business. Fantastic room. I very much liked the layout of the room. Good desk area. Free wifi. Nice living room area with a good couch. Can swivel the TV to see from the couch or from the bed. Good...

Stayed two nights while doing business with a large nearby tech firm. Accommodations were well decorated, rooms clean and fresh smelling and hotel staff did a great job checking in and checking out. Good customer service as they greeted me every time I passed by. Hot buffet breakfast in the lobby each morning. Lots of restaurants a two minute drive...
