Poor leadership and staff need customer service skills

The rooms are pleasant,decent size and generally okay,home from home,not high end luxury,space okay with a three year old.
My biggest annoyance were the following:
Reception Staff
- Observed them argueing and generally not very nice to each other,very grumpy body language and tone they use with each other,not pleasant to observe such unproffessional behaviour.

With a family of six (all adults), this hotel was perfect. We had a two bedroom suite with a kitchen, two baths and a sofa bed. The suite was clean and comfortable.
