I highly recommend Hyatt House in Marlton, NJ for its fantastic customer service, spacious rooms with a full kitchen, comfortable beds, full breakfast and an exceptional staff. It's like my home away from home.
Housekeeping knocked on door at 11am...told them 10 minutes we would leave...come back at 2...still not done....call again and they said they would do it right away...left and never came back till 10pm and room still not clean....called front desk and rude and no help...recommend to everyone to not stay here....unacceptable.
Just two days but surprisingly comfortable, clean and convenient.
I'm here every 4 months for like a week at a time. The place is always clean. Feels like home. Staff is nice. Free breakfast and free parking. Not that far away from Philly. Shopping and restaurants are very nearby. I will return and recommend.
i always have an a great time when i come to this hotel the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the hotel is comfortable. WHne i cam e to check in they only had 3rd floor rooms but he was able to get me a lower room after a little wait. which was great because i was able to do food shopping in the mean time.
