We stayed here for the Stars vs. Red Wings game and really enjoyed this hotel. The service was great and the location is perfect if you are going to American Airlines Center, as it is only a short walk away. Parking was $15.00 a night, but it is secure and convenient.

First, our room stunk. Not just a little, not something that went away. It smelled gross. We went to the Tom Thumb nearby and bought Febreze. I have no complaints about this Hyatt, our room had a full kitchen, very comfy bed, everything we needed. My pleasant surprise was a thoughtful desk clerk who changed our room to improve our access between our vehicle and our room (we are geezers).
