Awful Complaints

I don't mean to sound rude and all, but you relize the city of Dubuque is not that large. I live in downtown and it is about a 10 min drive to the complete other side of town. The hyvee on 20 is only about 5 mins from the locust st hyvee, and to complain about the traffic on 20 is just dumb. I laugh at the people that say Dubuque has heavy traffic. The Hy-Vee on Locust Street in Dubuque is one of the newest stores in the employee owned chain. Features include a Starbucks Coffee shop, Dupaco Credit Union and it's own restaurant. tearing down the old building and putting a new larger building

Well, it looks like they're finally going to do something with the site. They're planning on tearing down the old building and putting a new larger building with a gas station up.
They must be doing something because I have seen people working on the store, and they put a sign up saying that a Hy-Vee would be coming soon.
