I placed an order in Oct/2010. After 3 weeks my order never shipped. Every week when I called I was told my order would ship the next Tues. By Dec I was demanding my money back. I should have called my cc comp and disputed the charge while I was still in the 60 day window. I was told in early dec my money would be refunded. It never was. I got busy and forgot about it. I logged into my account today and 9 months later it still shows the order as pending!! I will probably never see my $138. Don't trust a company that charges you for mdse before it ships! Note: I wanted to give zero...
