You mean the pictures in report #1 and report #5. Not 4 & 5. They are different pictures. See the 3" white base is in for house in #1 and there is none for #5. And no room in #1 is the same as the one room in #5. Not even close. Who is Ted?

Not a lot to say except they ripped me off bought 400 sq. ft. of hardwood for 4.89 a square foot, paid 2,300 by check Brazilian walnut. smaller than average lenths 12" to 60" not a 60" in the lot have so far 34 three footers,239 to footers, and212 one and a half footers, 30 one footers, still have 5 boxes to open. But I'll bet aint a 60" in it.

We tried to stear the gentleman away from a thick engineered floor with a thick wear layer. But he waived us off. The floor is warranteed but not under any condition. We have a Moisture statement on our sight that says, among other things, that there cannot be more than a 2% moisture reading difference between the plywood and the flooring. We purchased a flooring that has proven defective within 30 days of installation. The flooring sold to us was inappropriate for the dry environment for which it was purchased. The result is a floor that is curling and shrinking and now needs to be replaced. Despite a 30-year guarantee the company has failed to stand behind its product.
