Being extremely picky and critical of everywhere I go, I really have nothing but good things to say about Hunter's Creek. Never had a maintenance problem, the staff and landlord are super nice, and its surprising how quiet it is (even on Friday and Saturday nights) considering the location. No trashy people, would recommend highly.
My only complaint was my heating bill was high, but then again...

Beware!!! Lots of hidin problems - like mold for starters. Ask some of the residents. Some of them are braving the storm. It's all hush, hush...
I was very happy during my time living here. My apt had a creek and woods out my front door, it was so scenic and peaceful. Having reserved parking space and washer/dryer in the apt were great. Friendly staff and neighbors. Loved the location, you are close to everything. The only downfall recently was they replaced some underground pipes and have yet to repave the parking lot.
