The worst plumber I have ever had!

Would you like to pay a plumber for almost two hours of absence at $98/h rate? If yes, this one is plumber for you. He spent ~2h on the project and went for the parts for another ~2h. Overall bill was for 4h of work! Worse, he went to buy a diamond drill bit, got one within ~2h, used it, asks me to pay for it, and after I paid, never got it back to me.
The worst plumber I have ever had!
