After making an appointment 2 weeks prior with a cat groomer who has groomed my cats twice before. Not the same lady, but the same establishment. HUGS AND PUPS I am so dissatisfied by their or I should say "LINDAS" incompetence to take time with someone's fur baby and be considerate and take the necessary time it takes.
