Compared to the other hi days around, this ones on the bottom of the list. The pho was served with spaghetti instead of vermicelli noodles, and the carpet inside is pretty run down and dirty. It didn't feel clean or very well kept up, but with that said you never get "bad" food. It's kind of a small town hot...

Just OK for me. They don't serve any egg drop soup at this location, so that is a negative for me. The pieces are chopped very big and not as flavorful as other places.

As you know Hu Dat's belongs to family of former Dallas Cowboys LB Dat Nguyen. His sister runs this site. Good is always cooked fresh daily and flavors very traditional to their culture. Gets busy at lunch but wirth the wait or you can call in your order. Plenty of food per serving.

Ate here for the first time. I ordered the Pho. It was good-had a couple pieces of hard onion skin in mine-so that was unpleasant. It seemed to be a very popular place-almost like everyone knew each other. I would go back to try another menu item, mainly because of the atmosphere. The restrooms were not the cleanest, but unfortunately...

Owned by the family of Dat Nguyen of Dallas Cowboy fame, we used to drive to Rockport to eat at the original Hu-Dat before they opened the location here in Ingleside. We were here opening day when Dat was on hand to sign autographs and have seen him here a time or two since.
