Michelle is who I talk to and is very unprofessional. The second time she had made a mistake was not excusable, did not say sorry and no customer service, it is asham that she have to represent HR block. If you want to do it right do it once and take time to do a customers tax return or an ammendmend, not carelessly. I have been with HR Block for three yrs, and she made my experiences...

I loved it here, the customer service is wonderful, very informational, clean environment, and very relaxing. I've been to other tanning salons in town and they make you clean your own beds and they are very pushy, they always try to sell you something and when I tanned at Blue Lagoon they were nice, the employees really seamed like they cared about me, and shockingly I learned a lot about skin...
