Billing themselves as serving "Chicago's Best Burger," this medium-sized after-work pub and restaurant offers a quarter-pound kosher hot dog for $4.95, a sirloin steak sandwich for $6.95 or a half-pound burger on a Kaiser roll for $6.25. The crowds are negligible, except on those odd nights when everybody seems to have the same idea at once, and the service is swift but friendly.

O'Neils is the place to go if you're craving a burger. They are so good, as is everything they serve there (and their margaritas on Thursdays rock). I have yet to find a better burger in Chicago and I've tried a lot!
