I checked in around 11pm. Its only about 100 yards from Jamaica station but still got lost (a direction sign at the station would have been nice). Day to check in, comfy room, reasonably quiet, bed was fine, shower and bathroom were clean. Complimentary breakfast inluded that included healthy options. Staff were pleasant too. A perfectly decent inexpensive place to crash out after a long flight.

I regretted the fact that there was no shuttle to the airport jfk. I found the restaurant expensive and would have liked an alternative in the area.
Otherwise all was well

Excellent location but a bit smelly.

Checked in was a breeze but when I walked in to my room, I can smell a bad odor coming from the bathroom particularly, the shower curtains which seem dirty and never been washed so it's stunk. Also, the breakfast time is disappointing, supposed to be from 6:30am to 9:30am. I went around 8:55am in the breakfast lounge just to find out that the bread, donuts and muffins are already packed away.

I stayed here for two nights and a day, it was great. Complimentary breakfast, close to transportation (MTA and LIRR, taxis). I suggest you order take out from an app like grubhub for more variety in selection for food if you decide not to go out for dinner, because there isn't much restaurants around the area to eat. But I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.
