The front desk staff here were terrible. I tried to cancel my reservation with the hotel several days in advance. Late cancellation has penalty of one nights stay billed on the reservation. Instead, the staff deliberately impeded my attempts to resolve the issue, and charged the full reservation (3 nights plus tax) in spite of the terms of contract being quite clear that only one night... more

Thief!!! The proprieter of this hotel was terribly rude and difficult to deal with. I attempted to cancel my reservation after my plans changed, knowing that I would be billed the first nights stay according to my booking agreement. The hotel we stayed int he night before was well priced, clean, and comfortable, so I felt safe in booking another hotel that ran along the same price, but closer to our destination.
