I reserved a car to pick me up from the airport a week prior to my arrival. This review is meant to WARN prospective clients of the fraudulent and unprofessional conduct of this company. The owner is shady and will waste no time ripping you off, then avoid calls, emails and any attempt to ethically resolve a dispute. Town Cars of Houston failed to pick me up as scheduled. When I called to ask if they were having trouble finding the address, Mike told me they did not have me on the schedule for that day. The reservation had been made on my behalf as a Christmas present, so that I could attend a Christmas performance. Cannot recommend.
