He explained me the mechanism of injury in detail and cause of my neck pain and headaches....
Never sent new patient paperwork ahead of time despite requests. Poor communication. Rude and incompetent people at the front desk. Spent 45 minutes behind the closed glass discussing lunch order while patients arrived and signed in.... waited over an hour to even get paperwork, other patients complained about similar wait times. Very rude and ignore patients regularly.
