They have lost touch with the customer experience. A competent generalist tax service provider, at a premium price, but nothing exceptional in my experience. After several years as their client I have moved on to another firm providing the same services (and more) at lower cost. If you choose to hire them, recommend staying on top of them about deadlines/deliverables, having them invoice you frequently and in detail, requiring them to get your approval in advance on any potentially expensive work they consider to be outside the scope of what you are already paying them for, not letting them talk themselves up too much (or talk down to you), and augmenting them with subject-matter specialists for any work that is highly complex and outside the scope of general-purpose tax return prep.
