Need more bell carts

The only issues I had was with bell carts. The bell service team was hesitant to give me carts for some reason? The one they gave me has 2 flat tires which made it very difficult to roll. I was given a little bit of trouble when asking for a cart during check out as well.

Great Location and Cool Vibes

Centrally located in DTLA and within walking distance to great restaurants/shops. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are good sized.

Excellent stay

Excellent experience. Location is very convenient to interstate as well as downtown Los Angeles. I was on a business trip to Los Angeles. This was my second stay and I will definitely stay at this location next trip.

Not a 4 star Hotel

The rooms were out dated.AC unit was fifty, you can see the build up dust. Requested to be cleaned but it never happened. I don't recommend this hotel.

Great atmosphere and location

Hotel Indigo is centrally located in downtown LA with an upscale look, feel and atmosphere. The food is delicious and drinks in either the lobby bar or 18 Social were fantastic. Make sure to check out the panoramic LA views from the 18 floor!
