Overall excellent experience. This was our first stay at this hotel in the downtown area. Compared to much more expensive hotels, we were very comfortable.

Staff amazingly helpful and kind. Wonderful hot/cold breakfast with lots of choices. Furniture a little shabby and room could have been cleaner, i.e. old carpet stains. But bed and linens very comfortable.
I faced the street so there was traffic noise. Will
ask for room on opposite side next time.
Valet parking kinda hurts at $16 but the friendliness of the staff made me forgive the expense....
