So this isn't a 5 star hotel, and I'm not rating it as such. However, for the value, I think this deserves a 5 rating. We stayed here one night, when the I-10 was unexpectedly shut down due to a blizzard. The El Capitan hotel and staff were quite naturally swamped, but could not have been nicer and more generous....
