Hotel at Wichita Falls

The only thing I can truly say that I liked about this hotel is that they allowed dogs. Housekeeping was terrible. They never made the bed or empty out the trash can. They only once left extra towel and coffee on the door handle. I would never recommend anyone to stay at the hotel.

I booked this online because it had a in door pool for my kids to play, but after booking and on arrival I found out it was closed. The service was unprofessional. The bathroom was dirty. The air conditioning worked when it wanted to. The excersise room had broken machines and the ice machine was broke on the 4th floor where we stayed. I would not reccomend this hotel at all. We visited this location in July. The bed was wonderful and so was the breakfast. They were going through ownership issues so it had no name. We returned because we were satisfied the first time.
