Clean rooms that are well maintained. Very friendly staff in all areas. Bright and clean property. Provides a resort feel in the city. Casino seems a bit worn. Slot machines are not as numerous and some lack maintenance. Wish there was a greater variety of slots. But casino staff are excellent. I feel welcome there. The casino is bright and...

Had a great time and didn't have to worry about anyone driving since everything we needed was on the property. Nice hotel room which we were able to comp and we were all winners at the end of the night so it was a wonderful time.

Front dest very friendly and evry thing vas tip top,,,, did not like the long walk to the casino from the room

Like I said before had a very good time it was nice to come back again in Harrah's and the people that work there were so nice and friendly .... It was a nice Welcome, I felt good and the rom was great!

Was an overall good experience, good food, good play action, and I won a handpay! My executive host Charlie was very helpful and the food in the steakhouse was terrific, best prime rib I have had in a long time.

On our way north to Canada. Stayed one night. Had drinks in the sports bar - they have happy hour prices until 6pm, plus half price appetizers. Server, food and drinks were excellent (try the Shrimp Rangoon). The buffet was very good for dinner and breakfast. This Harrahs is an older casino but has its own charm. Rooms are looking...
