This shack needs to be torn down

This place has got to be the worst bar I have ever been in. It looks like a shack that should have been torn down ten years ago. The owner/manager/whatever spends most of her time hoochying on losers instead of taking care of the customers. Heaven forbid that you should want to keep your drink if it is half empty. At least someone could bring you a new one instead of just taking your old...
