Beware this loan company. They are unprofessional and do not follow federal laws. My husband is a disabled veteran and had a small loan there for $250. We informed the company we were filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy and they rushed to get a judgment and garnishment against him. We supplied them with the bankruptcy paperwork and our attorney called them twice with our paperwork. Legally they are supposed to put a stay on the account and release the garnishment but the manager refused. He personally called my husband and told him that he could release the garnishment but simply did not want to....
