Goodness where do I begin? I was skeptical at first when I read the reviews and said to myself it couldn't be that bad. Oh was I wrong! Customer service was underwhelming, unpersonable, no zest. Haivng booked the hotel 2 weeks prior, regretably without reading the reviews, we were very skpetical but needed to make do since we booked thru priceline and could not get any refunds. Our simple requests were denied and 'snickered' at. There were additional charges with the usual things we would do with a regular 3-4 star hotel. We...

unpleasant experience

I was somewhat dissapointed because we were suppose to get 2 queen beds which i reserved when we got there they did not have any queen beds for the room that i reserved only their suite which costs more, they did not offer me anything to compensate for the misleading advertising. I would not go back there.

We came to Tahoe for America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride . The ride started and stopped at the Horizon. We were disappointed from the moment we got there. The front desk person seemed underwhelmed by her job , we didn't get the room we were promised and the room was filthy. The walls are paper thin ane we were bothered by noise all night. We checked out early!!
