Help us make it rightJudge Littlejohn has only added to an already tragic injustice in my fight for my parental rights with my 3 year old son. after bringing my ex to her court for not bringing my child to court ordered visitation on 4 separate times, i found myself facing an alleged "child support arearage" for thousands of dollars that had never been ordered. my ex/her attorney presented a month by month account of the non payed child support, and we presented returned checks form the Attorney General for each month they claimed hadn't been paid, and she still ordered me to pay the false amount they claimed. we also caught my ex forging a document they had produced as evidence and Littlejohn completely ignored it. she also let my ex walk on the 4 counts of visitation violation that day, AND ordered me to pay HER attorneys fees. in our most recent run in with Littlejohn, i was sentenced to 7 days in the Bexar County jail from nothing but heresay from my ex regarding a report she had made that was thrown out by the police as being false. again, Littlejohn never asked to see any proof/evidence. people like this are dangerous to the public only seeking justice, and need to be put into check. who do these Judges answer to?
EVERY COMMENT IS TRUE THAT IS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME,,,,,,Make sure everyone votes JUDGE LITTLEJOHN IS A DISGRACE TO THE COURT SYSTEM, SHE IS UNFAIR BIAS AND I BELIEVE TAKES PAY OFFS VOTE FOR AIDA ROJAS I hope she retires and when they are putting her in the Mental Hospital I hope they do not listen to her story and lock her UP IN THE Alzheimer Ward
This is the worst judge ever. My son told me his father touched him inappropriately so I refused to release him into his custody (as I was told to do by my attorney and CPS). Judge Littlejohn did not want to hear my side. She put me in jail for 14 days and ordered that my son go with his father for the next 2 months! For some reason, she found it impossible to believe that a six-year-old would be too scared to talk after his father had already threatened him! Now I have my son back, but he still has to go with his father. He constantly comes home with bruises and I can't do anything about...
Littlejohn sent a mother of 3 young daughters to jail b/c father alleges that she didnt allow the sibiling to tag along for daughters visit. Judge issued previous orders ordering each part to do and not do certain things, primarily calling the police for any issues. Father is a controling person who wants to continue to dominate mother. He totally disregarded Littlejohns orders, make 3 police reports in 6 months. Took the kids to Mexico w/o passports and mother's consent, didnt pick them up when he was suppose to for summer visitation but the Judge didnt hear anything only the issue of...
I was completely disappointed in Judge Janet Littlejohn. My son wanted to live with his father; his father travels approximately 20 days per month and has no rules. (Wouldn’t any teen want that? But what a child wants, is not necessarily what is best for a him!) Judge Littlejohn refused to listen to either side, requested attorneys into her chamber, and gave her verdict. My attorney warned me saying, if you try and fight her, she will make it worse. He knew this because he had experienced her courtroom many times with other clients. Hesitantly and at my attorney’s urging, I accepted...
