My family have been going to Hawaii for the pst 25 years. When ever we go to Waikiki we always make a stop at the Honolulu Cookie Co. My favorite ones are Chocolate Macadamia, White Chocolate Kona Coffee, Pineapple Macadamia, Triple Chocolate Macadamia. The cookies melt in your mouth. Ask for a sample.

These cute pineapple-shaped cookies are buttery and delicious. The Chocolate Macadamia is my favorite flavor--looks too perfect to devour and tastes entirely scrumptious. The Pineapple Macadamia is a close second behind; the cube of dried pineapple in the middle of it really needs to be supersized, though.

Shortbread anything is so goooood. Honolulu Cookie Company specializes in gourmet shortbread treats. They offer many varieties and molds.
