We got there in the middle of the pick season (mid
September), the picking is not that great. The pears are
high up on the trees and apples too. They do have
ladders, but it's so heavy and not easy to move. Unless
you are good at clamping up big trees... For my case, I
have two young kids with me; I found it's hard. I've
been to other farms around, most of other trees and
ladders are more pickers ...

Honey-Pot Hill Orchard is a yearly tradition
for us. We enjoy the "hayride", the apple
picking and especially the compound and
store. We always have a good time and we go
home with the best tasting apples of the
year.
