Our previous air conditioner was only 4 years old, but I refused to contact the installer as he was so unpleasant when contacted about a previous problem(wiring caught fire because he had installed too light of wire and had installed the the handler upside down). As usual our air conditioner decided to act up on Memorial weekend. We have used Honest Air for several years and always with the same results, excellent service, knowledgeable technicians and reasonably priced. Truly lived up to the company namesake - 'honest'! In spite of being advised NOT to purchase a particular brand of unit I did anyway and suffered the consequences a few short years later when it failed.
