My room wasn't available when I arrived. Offered a different room, next door to middle school drill team. Ended up getting my original room back after some negotiating. Poor sleep due to stomping from upstairs

The staff was wonderful and so accommodating for our week long stay. We had nothing to complain about. Traveling as a family of 5 is challenging and the room was perfect for us. Diane, Jonathan and Amanda were so helpful and overall the staff was so friendly and quick to respond when we needed something. We will definitely stay there...
