四年前に一度利用しております。それからリノベーションされており
客室も綺麗になってました。無料の朝食サービスがありがたいですね。
平日なら夕食サービスもあります。
キッチンがあるので近くのスーパーで買い物をし料理が出来ます。
お皿置いたままにしてたら、ちゃんと洗ってもらえてました。

We had a great stay. The staff was SUPER helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen but we realized that though plates and cups were supplied there no utensils or cookware making it a little bit of a challenge. Otherwise, we would return for another visit. Chicago was a blast!

We have stayed here three times. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and have everything you need for an extended stay. This hotel is wonderful. It is right in the heart of the city, but we felt like we were in the country....there was no noise. The furnishing were comfortable and the bed...OMgosh....like sleeping on air! We love Homewood Suites Downtown Chicago and we can't wait to get back there!

The stay was fabulous, rooms were clean and staff was incredible. They served a great breakfast and made me feel very welcome. Specially Amer at the front desk. He was nice and attentive. I will defiantly stay here again on my next trip to Chicago.
