They lie about contracts on their web based site. You cannot get appointments to speak with them about erroneous charges when you move out. They refuse to let you talk with them with a mediator and instead go to bill collectors to do their work...

These people don't even deserve a star. Sue Smith is a huge bully and will lie to your face. Not to mention she likes to post notices on your door without even attempting to knock.
