The worst!!!! The owner is a Rip-off and rude. Their "techs" are NO professionals....!!!! I got away better quality, price, and service from the Best Buy geek squad.

This place is horrible.. I went to their location because I truly thought they were home theater "experts". I asked for a center channel speaker and they sold me a speaker that was very poor in quality. I tried to return because it did not match my home theater and they told me I couldn't return because it was an "open box item". I was never informed that it was an open box and they did not let...
