Owner never emailed me a quote. When I called a week later to request it again she was very rude, said she didn't have time to do it and why would I want it and hung up on me. I am a landlord and I want to have quotes on paper before agreeing to pay for a service. I asked to speak to the owner of the company and it turns out the rude lady was the owner! I said I would be taking my business...

Very thorough! David knew what he was doing and answered my questions attentively. I was amazed at the amount of soot that came out of my flu. Also very grateful for the inspection and advice about what to do next and what condition my fireplace is in.
