We had a pretty frustrating home buying process and we were fairly disappointed. Home-Probe was definitely a bright spot for us. Jose was thorough, professional, and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Nate was great in explaining the electrical/plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. He was also very knowledgeable about the HVAC and water heater units and their conditions. Providing pictures and descriptions with each issue, the report was very easy to follow. Upon completion, I knew which items I needed to prioritize. I would definitely use HP again.

My inspector was early and very helpful with explaining things around the condo to me. He pointed out a lot of things in the unit that I should be paying attention to, but was not aware of before! I would definitely use Home Probe again!

Very helpful! Nate explained everything that he found, and answered any questions we had. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and he was very thorough in his inspection. We would definitely recommend him and Home Probe!
