incompetent management

The title says it all. The caretakers are well-meaning, but the ladies in the office are totally bonkers: lazy, uneducated, careless, mean... Bad news. I mean, it's better than leaving your gran all alone, but better to find yourself a CNA- certified nursing assistant- than pay that franchise. (From what you pay only $9/hour goes to the caretaker!) It's a nasty place. Give your money to someone...
