3 times now I have ordered online (shame on me for giving them 3 chances). Today was IT - you have lost a lifetime customer. I ordered thousands of dollars worth of fencing for my yard and paid extra for express delivery. I know we were in there at a busy time, but when you are asking an associate a question and another associate comes up and interrupts and says, “HOLD ON” to us so she could ask the associate helping us a question. And she didn’t see the issue with that! Luckily we were able to find what we needed on our own. Customer service was crappy
