Don't bother calling to ask a question or asking a employee while your there, they don't have any idea. The unexperienced employees will be just like you wondering around looking for the iteam you have a better chance finding it.I called three times to see if they have 2guage wire he had no idea. A Poor Company All Around

Unfortunately, the employees are not trained on the product and often give information that is just guessed at. There is also a poor attitude towards the customers at all times. It is much better to find a local hardware store where the employees acutally have the time and knowledge to help you.
