Today I went to Home Depot in hopes to purchase paint for my home. While seeking help from an employee Viki in the paint department was rude and further more incapable of answering my questions to the point where I had to seek the Customer Service desk to send someone to actually help me.

I was sold a roof and gutter install in July. The roof was not completed till December. Then there was some further "miscommunication" and the gutters weren't included. They were just finished last month. Now I am getting call after call about paying the balance. YOU NEVER SENT A BILL. Absolutely the worst business practices I have ever seen.
