I agree that customer service is a pain. I recently had a problem when a dryer being delivered did not work at all. The shipping company failed to reorder and the customer service at Home Depot kept putting me on hold. It was only through the efforts of the sales person who sold us the dryer and washer that we received a replacement dryer. I would like to tell anyone making an appliance...

this location is wrong on this map
the help for customer service in your stores lacks alot to be considered at all helpfull
your managment of these stores realy lacks in vision of future potencial clients
I will be takeing my buissness elsewhere not that your corporation will care but this is my opinion.To have become such a large company and lose the power of aprication of your customers...
