No quality

I was referred by a customer of my own to this place. I should have just ignored it all together! I went to get a refrigerator. I wanted a French door bottom freezer. It was very easy to get a loan for it. The sales people were almost running each other over to get the sale. It was a sad showing of business practices, but I still proceed to get the fridge. Get it all set up for delivery and they had to get the item from another store. Ok fine no big deal. They come to deliver it (over 1 1/2 hours late of the window they gave me without a sorry we are late call) they are not happy to take the doors off to bring it in cause with the doors on it don't fit. Get my old one out, the new one in and plug it in and it don't even work. So my daughter was home and said the said the office would call me. Nope. No one. I went in to talk to the manager and they tried to get me to get a c@!%!y clearence fridge. If I wanted the same c@!%!y fridge I would have bought a used one online. Against my better decision, I opted for washer and dryer. They gave me a discount for the troubles. Great! Maybe this will be ok. Ahhh.... How sad was I to think so. It gets here, my neighbor has to help get it in my house. They didn't hook it up and said I needed to get the hoses that don't come with them. Really? Moving along. I get to the store and the manager states they should have brought the hoses, and hooked it up. Great! He sends me with hoses but no rubber washers. I'm off to menards to get washers for my brand new washer. Things are seemingly looking better! $1800 for new washer, dryer and warranty. A week later my washer doesn't want to open the lid. I had to unplug it to reset it. Not a big deal. there are bugs at times. I get it. 3 weeks later and seriously only 12 loads of laundry and my washer doesn't open the lid again. I tried to reset it and nothing. This time it's full of water too. I called home choice to have someone come look at it. To my surprise they don't have anyone. They will need to take it for a minimum of a week! They have no one certified (even though I asked all sorts of these questions prior to purchase) to work on these things and they get shipped out of state. They come get it and again my neighbor has to help them get it out of my house into their truck because they are short staffed. The man told me about the sub prime junk products they sell. THIS IS FROM AN EMPLOYEE!! I was shocked and even more mad! So it was said they would call me in a week to let me know what was going on and when it would be back. Did I mention brand new? In that time I did have to take my clothes to a laundry mat. $40 later (which is close to my payments might I add) and I'm home. A week goes by no call from home choice. At this point and time I'm p@!%!d. I asked these questions, I got c@!%!y service, c@!%!y products, and even still tried to be nice and laugh about it. I had to come pick up my washer myself or wait over a week to get it back to me after service. The whole side of my supposed washer was all scratched up and missing paint. Nice I pay this much money for their sub prime c@!p that they trashed!! I ran late on my payment and guess what... Yep they are calling me daily and sometimes 3 times a day. I spoke to a lady who I have talked to a few times about this and she would "note" my account. Never done. I'm not surprised. So then they call my work, and CAME TO MY HOUSE! If their products were as good as their collections and harassment they would be set! Do yourself a favor and don't buy their junk. I am looking into a lemon law on junk places like home choice. This is seriously ridiculous.
