Dale Schneider is amazing. He redid my entire bathroom on a small budget and on time while working around my need to keep 3 skiddish cats from getting outside while he worked. I am thrilled with the result. A true craftsman and a wonderful man to work with. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Dale is a friendly, professional guy. He's easy to talk to and listened to what I wanted done attentively. I didn't have a second thought giving him a key to the house to do the work. Furthermore, his terms for payment are very accommodating and his bid was very competitive. He went above and beyond to fix a few things that he wasn't required to do, which was really kind.

I cannot rate Home & Building Services, LLC because I have not met with the person yet. I talked with him and set a date to come and do the work. He seemed very personable.
Response for estimate was quick and held to the numbers. Project was started and finished within a few days of initial contact. The suggestions that were made were excellent and not in expectation to make more work or cost. Rates were reasonable. Work done efficiently, professionally and with respect for the site (cleaned up site on completion). No stress for me. I will keep this business...
