Don't Take Them at Their Word

In working with any retail store a salesman's word is his reputation. I got a promise from
one of their Salesman that they would complete some work by a certain date. That date came
and went and they hadn't even started what they told me would be completed. I don't care
what the item is, that attiude says I'm only in the business for myself, not to serve customers.
